I have read and understand the information provided on the application. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Scottsboro, its officials, employees, and representatives, and the Board of Directors of Main Street Scottsboro, Inc., along with their respective agents, employees, volunteers, and contractors (collectively “the Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney fees and litigation costs, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation, preparation, or involvement in the Downtown Scottsboro Christmas Parade on December 1, 2025, or the rain date on December 8, 2025. This indemnification includes any claims of negligence or gross negligence by the Released Parties, as well as any damages or injuries to persons or property occurring in connection with my participation in the event.
