    2025 END OF YEAR REPORT

  • The Holy Spirit is alive and working throughout the Trinity Conference! In order to help us record what God is doing in our midst and to encourage and celebrate milestones in our churches, this End of the Year report captures a few basic ministry benchmarks.  

     

    Our goal is for EVERY church in our conference to complete this End of the Year report before JANUARY 30, 2026.

     

    Before you get started, here is the information you will need to gather:

    1. 2024 End of Year report (if your church submitted one).

    2. The list of church leadership (including contact information) elected at your most recent church/charge conference.

    3. Church membership records, including baptisms and professions of faith.

    4. Attendance records for worship.

    5. Participation records for all ages in Sunday School, Bible Study, and Wesleyan Small Groups.

    6. Records of Local, domestic and foreign mission participation.

    7.  Yes/no answer to whether your pastor(s) had an assessment by the PPR/SPRC in the last year.

    8. Finance Report showing the total Annual Operating Income for 2025

     

    This form will allow you to save your work and return to complete it later, however, we recommend completing and submitting the form in one sitting to ensure our receipt of your completed report.

  • OPERATING INCOME INCLUDES:
    giving from identified and not identified donors; investment income utilized for operations; building use fees and rental income; other unrestricted operating income.

  • OPERATING INCOME DOES NOT INCLUDE:
    benevolences to outside ministries supported by the local church; capital campaign receipts; borrowed funds; fundraisers for non-operating expenses; receipts for reduction to indebtedness; memorials; endowments; restricted bequests; receipts for GMC special mission programs; grants; support from other organizations; sale of land; or other church assets; any other non-operating income received.

  • PART 3 — CHURCH LAY DELEGATES

  • Lay Delegates
    To properly credential your lay delegates to vote in the 2026 Trinity Annual Conference, it is necessary to register those lay delegates elected in your latest Church/Charge conference.  

    Please include lay delegates equal to the number of appointed clergy persons (Active Status) in your church, including Deacons, Elders, Supply Pastors, Valid Deacons, Valid Elders, and Transitional Local Pastors (TLP). Do not count any assigned Lay Ministers towards the total delegates. However, if no clergy are appointed, you may include the name of one lay delegate because all churches get at least one.


    Please do not include alternate delegates. Alternates require additional paperwork to be processed.

    If your church has more than 7 Lay Delegates, please email scarter@trinitygmc.org to report the full list.
