Stallholders must provide the following:
• All related equipment and accessories for preparation and service. Note: It is the responsibility of stallholders to provide all electrical leads, which must be tested and tagged by a competent person who holds the appropriate electrical work license.
• Plates, utensils and napkins (as appropriate) for tastings. These must be either reusable or 100% compostable food ware (Australian standard or equivalent)
• Current Cassowary Coast Regional Council (CCRC) temporary food license and food safety certificates required for the event or a current Mobile Food Vehicle Licence.
• Food Vendors and any stall using gas or electricity must supply a current Fire Extinguisher that is appropriately tagged as per current legislation.
