Dates:                              March 28, 2026

Times:                             10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Location:                          St. Patrick's Catholic Church

                                        4 Valley View Drive

                                        Council Bluffs, IA  

Registration Deadline:        March 21, 2026

Cost:                                 $20/per table, maximum of 2 tables per vendor

Confirmation:                     You are not confirmed until payment is received.  We                                             will  contact you when your application is accepted.

Setup:                               Starts at 8:00 am Saturday morning

*Raffle Prize*                       *Each vendor should be prepared to donate a                                                  raffle prize*

 Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first serve bases.

·         You may have 1 or 2 tables for your display.

·         If you need wall space, you may bring shelves, lattice or display rack to put behind the table(s) we provide.

·         You will be responsible for providing your own tablecloths. 

·         You will need to provide your own extension cords or anything your merchandise display will need.
