To receive TEFAP (USDA) food, you self-declare that:
1. The name and household size you provide are correct.
2. You live in Washington State. (No minimum residency length required)
3. Your household income is at or below 400% of Poverty. (see chart below)
4. You agree that the TEFAP (USDA) food is for home use and that your household is in need of this food.
When receiving TEFAP (USDA) food, the following is NOT required:
1. Address, social security number, or identification
2. Proof of citizenship, immigration status, household size, or income
3. Any information not required by TEFAP
4. You will not be denied TEFAP (USDA) food if you choose not to share optional information.
