    Vendor Application Instructions: Please fill out the application below. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.

    Vendor Fees

    $15 per booth (8x8) January & February Discount Price

    $30 per booth (8x8)
    $40 per booth (8x8) with power

    Important Information:

    Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.

    Event Duration: The maker's market will run from 10 AM to 3 PM. Vendors are required to remain until the event ends. Early teardown is not allowed.

    Refund Policy: All payments are final. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations or no-shows. 

    Discounted Rates: Seasonal Rates must be locked in BEFORE end of business of November 8th, 2025. Half Seasonal Rates will be autocalculated by choosing eleven (11) dates at time of registration. No exceptions.

    Table and Chairs: Tables and chairs can be rented if needed. Spaces are 8x8.
    Vendors are required to bring their own table coverings.

    Exclusion from Door Prize: Vendors are not eligible to participate in the door prize drawing.

    Electricity: If electricity is needed, please mention this in the application as well as to the event contact as this is limited to first come first serve.

    Indemnity Clause: By participating in this event, you agree to release the event organizers, the Owosso Masonic Lodge & OMLSR from any liability for loss, theft, or damages incurred during the event.
