The Spring Social at 900 is a curated seasonal makers market hosted at 900 Rutter Avenue, bringing together a thoughtfully selected group of artists, makers, and small businesses.
Our goal is to create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience that highlights handmade, small-batch, vintage, and creatively curated goods while supporting our local creative community.
Spring Social at 900 will also feature a curated selection of food trucks, specialty food vendors, and small-batch edible makers, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy fresh, creative food throughout the day. Food will be an integral part of the experience, encouraging visitors to eat, relax, and linger while exploring art tents, vendor spaces, and hands-on creative activities.
Our vision is a day that feels effortless and immersive, where families and friends can grab something to eat or drink, find a place to sit, and continue creating, shopping, and enjoying live art demonstrations both indoors and outdoors.

🛍️ Booth Spaces:
Outdoor 10’ x 10’ vendor spaces: $100 for the day
Food trucks: $125 for the day
⚡ Electricity:
Electricity is not provided — vendors must plan accordingly.
🏕️ Setup Requirements:
All vendors must provide tent weights (required for safety — no exceptions).
Tents, tables, and displays are not provided.
🧾 Insurance:
Vendors are required to carry proof of insurance covering participation in the event. A certificate of insurance may be requested prior to setup.
🎨 Event Hours:
Setup: 9 AM – 11:30 AM
Event: 12 PM – 7 PM
Breakdown: 7 PM – 8 PM
