Volunteer Sign-Up
Event date: February 13, 2026

Volunteers will be asked to arrive at Sunbury Bible Church around 2:00 PM. Red carpet opens at 3:00 PM. Prom is from 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM.

If possible, we ask that all volunteers stay after the prom is over to help clean up.

Important Info:
- If you are under 18, a permission slip signed by your parent/guardian is required to volunteer. A permission slip will be emailed to you. Please complete and return the permission slip per the instructions below.
- While we want everyone to be comfortable at the Night to Shine prom, we must remember it is a special night for our guests. We ask volunteers not to wear baseball hats, beanies, torn jeans, flannel shirts, t-shirts, etc. We recommend appropriate clothes for a night out on the town--nice shirt, comfortable pants, shoes, or nice sneakers. Keep in mind it does get a little warm in the prom area.
- This release waives the participant's right to seek damages for personal property or personal injury from the Sunbury Bible Church, the NTS volunteers, and the Tim Tebow Foundation.
- By attending this event, you permit for your picture to be taken & used for public viewing.

The Tim Tebow Foundation requires ALL volunteers ages 18 or older to have a background check. If you have not submitted a background check to Night to Shine in the last 5 years, you must do so. Here are the links to apply. Volunteers do not have to pay.

This year’s NTS shirts will be baseball-style—light grey shirts with red ¾-length sleeves. The NTS/Sunbury Bible Church logos will be on the front, and our sponsor logos will be on the back. If you’d like to order one, please select your size and send a check (made out to "Sunbury Bible Church NTS") to Deb Brubaker, 2361 County Line Road, Selinsgrove, 17870, or drop off to Debbie Hays at the Sunbury Bible Church. Payment and order must be received by Friday, December 5th. Shirts may be picked up at the Registration Table on February 13th. Shirts are in adult sizes only.
