You will enter your contact and dog information, indicate whether you are interested in volunteering, and submit your dues by mail using cash or a check.   You must read and agree to the following statements to maintain membership.
- - I am responsible for the conduct of my dog at all times.
  - Use of the park is at my own risk.
  - Members of the Board of Directors of the SBDPA will be held harmless for dog or person injury or loss of property.
  - The small park is for dogs 30 pounds or less.
  - I agree to pick up after my dog and dispose of waste in the receptacles provided.
  - The SBDP is for SaddleBrooke residents only.
  - The Board of Directors reserves the right to revoke my membership for non-compliance with the rules.
  - Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  - An up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate from a veterinarian is required.
