  • Family Registration Information

  • As our conference continues to grow, having an accurate headcount of all attendees — including spouses and children — is very important. This helps us optimize space, plan logistics smoothly, and keep the experience special for everyone. It also allows us to manage costs responsibly for family meals and activities. Thank you for your understanding and for helping make this year’s event the best yet!

Spouses: Your spouse is warmly welcome to join us for the family-friendly portions of the conference. They will have access to the Wednesday night welcome event, glatt kosher lunches on Thursday and Friday, Thursday night dinner with music, Friday night Oneg, Shalosh Seudos, and Motzei Shabbos closing event.

A flat fee of $450 per spouse helps cover food and logistics costs.

Children: Children (ages 3 and older) are warmly welcome to join us. They will have access to the Wednesday night welcome event, glatt kosher lunches on Thursday and Friday, Thursday night dinner with music, Friday night Oneg, Shalosh Seudos, Motzei Shabbos closing event, and scheduled children’s activities.

Please note: These are not daycare or babysitting services — an adult must remain present and fully responsible for their children at all times.

A flat fee of $100 per child (ages 3 and older) helps cover food and logistics costs. Children under 3 attend free of charge.

  • Shabbos Meals (Seperate Booking Required)

  • Indulge in exquisite, chef-crafted Shabbos meals at OVO at The Altair Hotel. These beautifully prepared Glatt Kosher meals offer a lavish yet elegant dining experience that honors Shabbos Kodesh.

After you complete your conference registration, you will receive an email with a direct link to reserve your Shabbos meals. These meals are in high demand and tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking your spot as soon as you receive the link (typically 5–6 months before the conference). Menus are subject to change and are served under strict Glatt Kosher supervision.

Please note: Shabbos meals are not included in the conference registration fee. They are managed directly by OVO at The Altair Hotel and are expected to sell out quickly. Estimated pricing is approximately $165 per adult and $90 per child for Shabbos Dinner, and $140 per adult and $75 per child for Shabbos Kiddush & Lunch.

            Scholarship Fund

Help make the Dental Wisdom Conference accessible to more dental students and residents in financial need! We created this fund to support young Jewish dentists early in their journey in a way that was never available to us - paying it forward for the next generation. Consider adding a voluntary contribution to our scholarship fund, which directly supports reduced-rate or complimentary registrations. All giving is completely double-blind - donor and recipient remain anonymous - representing one of the highest forms of tzedakah.
