  • MATERIALS NOTICE

    Any jewelry metals that interact directly with the skin (earring hooks/posts/necklace chains & pendants/etc) will be in stainless steel or gold-plated stainless steel. Stainless steel is naturally hypoallergenic, durable, and tarnish resistant. Occasionally charms that don't interact with skin (i.e dangling charms on earrings) may be made from brass or copper. Any charms made from alloy (uncommon) will always be treated with a protective tarnish-proof coating regardless of skin interaction.

    If a hypoallergenic coating is required this can be included for an additional fee. Please mention this in the notes section below.

    QUOTE

    I will provide a quote via email after reviewing the completed form. Cost for shipping will be provided in the final quote.

    DEPOSIT

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order after the quote is provided and will be applied toward the final cost of your item. Customs are not started until this deposit is received. Once the order has been completed and approved, the remaining total is required for payment via a custom website listing. 

    APPROVAL

    Once the piece is completed I'll email you a photo for final approval. If any changes are required after completion there may be an additional fee if changes were not discussed prior.

     

  • TURNAROUND TIME

    Times are subject to available materials. If all material is available, they can usually be completed in 1-2 weeks outside of the busy seasons (Oct-Dec). If special products needs to be ordered in it can take up to an additional 3-5 weeks depending on material.

    These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on material availability, shipping times, and any additional elements required for your custom piece. Lead times will be communicated in the quote. If you need it by a specific date please include the date in the notes!
