SheRise Women’s Ministry Member Non-Disclosure & Conduct Agreement (NDA)
Purpose
This agreement is designed to protect the confidential information, ideas, and intellectual property of SheRise Women’s Ministry, and to ensure that all members uphold the values, integrity, and mission of the ministry.
1. Confidentiality
As a member of SheRise Women’s Ministry, you agree that: You will not share, disclose, or distribute any ministry content, ideas, strategies, or plans to anyone outside the ministry without prior written permission. All materials, whether written, digital, or verbal, shared in meetings, classes, online platforms, or events are confidential. You will not use any ministry ideas, materials, or resources for personal gain or in another organization.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to teaching materials, programs, events, courses, merchandise ideas, recipes, and creative works developed by SheRise Women’s Ministry or its leadership, remains the exclusive property of the ministry. Members may not claim ownership or distribute these materials as their own.
3. Conduct & Behavior
Members are expected to: Maintain a spirit of respect, love, and encouragement toward all ministry members and leadership. Refrain from gossip, negative behavior, or actions that harm the ministry or its members. Participate in activities and events in a responsible and supportive manner. Avoid sharing or promoting content, materials, or ideas from SheRise Women’s Ministry in a way that misrepresents the ministry or its mission.
4. Social Media & Online Presence
Do not post ministry materials, teachings, or content on personal social media accounts without written permission. If sharing about the ministry publicly, always credit SheRise Women’s Ministry and leadership appropriately. Avoid using the ministry’s name, logo, or branding for personal ventures without authorization.
5. Term & Violations
This agreement remains in effect for the duration of your membership and continues indefinitely with respect to confidential materials and intellectual property. Violations of this agreement may result in removal from the ministry and, if necessary, legal action.
6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Non-Disclosure & Conduct Agreement, and that you will act in alignment with the values, mission, and integrity of SheRise Women’s Ministry.
