Terms and Conditions of Participation
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge and commit to the following:
- I agree to attend all workshops and coaching days and to meet the milestones set for my project.
- I agree to seek help from my mentoring surveyor to complete the required work.
- I commit to attending the BOSSI examination or to give 2 weeks’ notice to BOSSI of my intention to withdraw.
- I authorise Association of Consulting Surveyors NSW (CS NSW) to receive a copy of my exam results from BOSSI.
- I have read and agreed with the important information on page 5 on the CS NSW Candidate Workshop Booklet information.
- I agree to the DEFER policy, which permits deferral only to the next available program (Winter 2026)
- I understand that the allocation of mid-term and additional mentoring will expire within one year of enrolment.
- I agree to use CS NSW project materials solely for the duration of the workshop with CS NSW. Should I require an extension beyond this period, I will seek approval in accordance with CS NSW policy.
- I agree to adhere to the EXDS and CS NSW policies for the engineering module, including the use of the 12d licence solely during the workshop. In the event of a deferral, I understand that access to the 12d licence will be granted only within the six weeks preceding the BOSSI final exam dates.

  Participation in Mentor Interview: I agree to participate in an interview with CS NSW presenters to discuss my candidate’s background and to share insights into my role in supporting their project journey.
