✨ This is a reservation form for AHOF The First Spark in Manila Polaroid Instax Service.

Our polaroid on the spot photo and printing service will be available on both days, July 25 and 26. Location and time will be announced before the day of the concert. You may also send photos in advance and we can give the printed photos during the concert day. Kindly compile the photos in a Google drive and send it to any of our social media accounts or add the link in the remarks section below.

✨ Please be 100% sure before placing a reservation.

Reservations are encouraged as our films are in limited quantity. A 50% downpayment as reservation is required and the remaining balance will be paid when the photos are claimed or taken. REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Our photo services would still be available on the day but reservations will be prioritized.
