I hereby authorize Fillion Notary & Apostille Services to act on my behalf for notary and apostille services. I agree to indemnify and hold Fillion Notary & Apostille Services, along with its agents and employees, harmless from any liability, including attorney’s fees, that may arise in connection with these services.

I acknowledge that once the documents have been submitted for processing, the fees are non-refundable, even if the documents are rejected.

Please note, if a document is rejected for reasons outside of our control, any repeat travel or appointments will incur additional service and travel fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.

I understand that Fillion Notary & Apostille Services cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times and is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages.

Furthermore, Fillion Notary & Apostille Services is not liable for any issues resulting from force majeure events.
