Welcome to the Blaircare 2026 Registration

Welcome to Blaircare, the exclusive after-school program for registered learners of Blairgowrie Primary School. We offer a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

How to Register

Please complete and submit the official online Registration Form to secure your child's place. A confirmation copy of your selection will be instantly emailed to you.

Our comprehensive afternoon program includes:

1. Supervised aftercare and homework sessions.
2. A nutritious daily lunch and a healthy mid-afternoon snack.

2026 Yearly registration is R12 660.00 p/a with a 5% discount being R12 027.00 if paid in full before 14 January 2026, or R1150.00 p/m payable in advance by the 7th of each month(January to November).

*Please make payment directly to the school via EFT or Front Office using your school account as a reference number

*Please send through Proof of Payment to debtors@bpschool.org.za.

*Processing of registrations takes up to 3 working days.

*School fees must be paid up to date, with no arrears, in order to attend Blaircare.

*Payment is required before attendance

*Official 2026 start date for Aftercare is the 14th of JANUARY.

General Consent and Indemnity Form

I, the parent and/or legal guardian of the registered child/ children, hereby consent to my child / children as listed above to participate in the activities offered by Blaircare.

I further agree to the condition that, while every precaution will be taken for the safety and welfare of my child / children and for the care of his/her possessions, I will absolve and indemnify all persons, Blairgowrie Primary School, and all other organisations associated with any activity, should any prejudice, loss, damage, illness or injury occur to my child / children. This includes an indemnity against recovery of costs resulting from damage, loss and/or medical conditions or hospitalization or participation in the Blaircare activities offered.

I furthermore appoint the Principal or staff members supervising the activity to act in loco parentis in respect of my child, should the need therefore arise.
