PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The VIRTUAL BOOTH MAIN CONTACT & email provided for Whova App, will be displayed to attendees in your company’s virtual booth and used to access and edit the virtual booth information. You must have access to the main email to receive information directly from Whova including assigning booth staff and access to LEAD RETRIEVAL results. This is the ONLY email that will have access to download leads collected by any booth staff onsite. The MAIN contact email CANNOT be changed once entered in Whova. THE EVENT APP WILL GO LIVE ABOUT ONE WEEK BEFORE CHIACON.*

CHIACON Booth Personnel & Social Event Tickets

CHIA is committed to providing a safe, productive and welcoming environment for all meeting participants, and as such, participants are expected to abide by CHIA’s Meeting & Event policies. By attending CHIACON all booth staff acknowledge that they have read CHIA’s Meeting & Event policies accepting personal responsibility and assumption of risk to ensure a safe environment.

Booth personnel for the exhibit hall and virtual platform. Personnel will be added to the virtual platform by CHIA staff. Once the app is launched (about one week before CHIACON), the main virtual booth contact will need to add them as booth staff to the virtual booth. Each email must be unique. If you would like to PURCHASE a Celebration Party Dinner ticket ($80 each, Tuesday evening) or an Exhibit Hall lunch voucher ($30 each, Monday) please indicate for each individual. (An invoice with payment information will be emailed to you and is due upon receipt.) Please include all staff that will be attending CHIACON, INCLUDING THE VIRTUAL BOOTH CONTACT, if they will be attending in person.
