This is a bilateral legally binding contract between You (the “Member”) and Accelerated Strategies, LLC, delivering the products and services herein referred to as “Accelerated Strategies Consulting Services,” commencing from the date this agreement is executed. The purpose of this client agreement is simply to set expectations of what you can expect of us and what we expect of you as we work together to help you implement our strategies. This agreement is governed by the company's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Enrollment Fee:
The total fees for the services listed above are $5,997 (Five Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars), payable at enrollment.
Expectations & Acknowledgement
- We value your experience and aim to respond to inquiries promptly during our published support hours (available in your member portal).
- By joining Accelerated Strategies, you acknowledge that you are investing in education and consulting services, not loan origination. We do not guarantee loan approvals.
- You agree to follow recommendations and coaching while understanding that our guidance is not legal, financial, or tax advice, nor do we act as a fiduciary.
- All course materials, including videos, books, and content, are licensed to you and your spouse for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Our program teaches financial concepts and strategies that could help you pay off your mortgage faster, improve financial decision-making, and manage debt more effectively. However, results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
- If your financial situation changes, please notify us so we can reassess your strategy.
- Accelerated Strategies does not offer banking services what-so-ever.
What We Promise:
- To provide timely and professional coaching on financial strategies.
- To teach legal, ethical, and moral methods to help manage debt and build financial stability.
- If your strategy involves a line of credit (LOC), we will provide coaching and support to help you improve your qualifications, but we do not guarantee approval.
- A bridge solution may be recommended as a temporary step toward a more optimal strategy, but all estimates of savings are based on the information you provide.
- Your information will remain private and secure as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Support & Consulting: 1:1 Zoom and phone consultations are provided for 12 months. Afterward, you retain access to community support, the dashboard, group Zoom calls, and bonus materials.
- Renewal: If 1:1 support is needed in addition to the "yearly 1-Hour checkup call" after the initial 12 months, you may renew for another 12 months of unlimited access to 1:1 support for $997
What You Promise:
- To schedule your initial consultation promptly and engage with course materials.
- To apply for bank approval in a reasonable timeframe and communicate any questions or challenges within one week.
- Use our Strategic Recommendations for financial tools such as HELOCs, PLOCs, BLOCs, credit cards, and other funding sources as the best approach for your situation.
- To allow us to assist with any bank approval challenges before taking independent actions that may negatively affect your results.
- In case of bank denial, you agree to provide denial letters and supporting documentation so we can offer alternative solutions.
- To protect our Intellectual Property by not sharing proprietary course materials, logins, or resources with anyone outside your spouse. Unauthorized sharing is tracked, and violations may result in account termination without a refund.
Testimonial Use Terms and Conditions
By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant Accelerated Strategies LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and perpetual right to use any reviews or testimonials provided on any platform, including but not limited to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and all other social media platforms for any lawful marketing and promotional purposes.
Scope of Use: I understand that my testimonial may be edited for clarity and brevity, but the essence of my feedback will remain unchanged. Your testimonial may be used in various forms of marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to:
- Print and digital advertising
- Social media platforms
- Company websites
- Email campaigns
- Promotional materials
- Public relations activities
- Any other marketing and promotional materials, whether known now or hereafter developed
No Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of your review or reviews as described herein.
Release and Waiver: You release, discharge, and hold harmless Accelerated Strategies and its agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have arising out of the use of your review or reviews, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of the right of publicity.
Conditional Money Back Promise
100% MONEY BACK PROMISE: If you apply what we teach and implement our strategy recommendations, however, your mortgage and/or other debt balance does not go down faster than the traditional payoff schedule after implementing our program, we will provide a 100% refund upon receipt and review of documentation showing you have used what we teach and a comparison of results.
- If we determine that our enrollment specialist mistakenly enrolled you, an immediate refund may be issued.
- We teach various strategies that do not involve obtaining a HELOC/Line of Credit. However, if securing a HELOC/Line of Credit is the only way for you to make the payoff work and you are denied by our recommended lenders, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Here are the reasons that DO NOT constitute a valid reason for a refund and are not covered in the conditional money-back guarantee:
- A "cold feet" or a "change of mind" after enrollment.
- Should any party, such as the client’s spouse or partner, wish to withdraw or alter their participation after the signing of this agreement.
- Changes in financial circumstances, marital status, partnerships, or other relevant factors after the initial strategy call.
- Inaccurate, false, misrepresentation, withholding of, or incomplete information you provided at the time of enrollment or that may have been discovered later in the process that would have disqualified you from our services.
- Evidence that you enrolled with malicious intent to harm our company, our consultants, our staff, and our clients.
At our discretion, a partial refund will be limited to 50% of the enrollment fee on a case-by-case basis.
