Independent Contractor Status
I understand and agree that if accepted to partner with Call Jet Services, I will be working as an independent contractor, not as an employee of Call Jet Services or Arise Virtual Solutions.
Tax Responsibility
I understand that this is a 1099 opportunity, and no federal, state, or local taxes will be withheld from any payments I receive. I am solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes, including self-employment taxes.
No Employee Benefits
I understand that as an independent contractor, I am not entitled to employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, unemployment benefits, or workers’ compensation coverage through Call Jet Services.
Control of Schedule
I understand that I am responsible for selecting and managing my own work schedule, in accordance with the guidelines and requirements of the client program(s) I choose to service.
Compliance with Client & Arise Policies
I agree to follow all policies, procedures, and service requirements set by the client(s) and Arise Virtual Solutions to maintain eligibility for servicing.
At-Will Relationship
I understand that either I or Call Jet Services may end this independent contractor relationship at any time, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
Acknowledgment of Understanding
I confirm that I have read and understood the terms of this agreement. I had the opportunity to ask questions before signing, and I voluntarily agree to these terms.
