HomebodyDining – Booking Acknowledgment & Policies
 

By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled setup via Zelle or CashApp. No same-day payments accepted.

• A travel/parking fee starting at $25 will be added based on location.

• You will receive a confirmation email and text once your request is reviewed and approved.

 
Location Requirements:

• Hotel clients must already be checked in prior to our arrival.

• Airbnb setups require self check-in/keyless entry only and include a $30 Airbnb fee.

• No high-ceiling rooms for decor setups.

 
Last-Minute Bookings:

• Bookings made 3 days or less in advance are considered last-minute.

• A $50 last-minute fee applies.

• Must be paid in full and are non-refundable.

• Availability must be confirmed before submitting.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of any remaining balance paid.

• Reschedules may be requested within 90 days of the original booking date.
