Thank you for your interest in donating to our "Make Family Wishes Come True" Program!

The following registration form is to make sure we are staying within your budget and size of family. This may include anyone who may be alone this Christmas, including single seniors, parents or young adults (18+).

Once matched:

Donors will be asked to wrap and label gifts with their recipient family ID (provided upon match with an applicant)

Gift Guidelines:

Gifts must be new - no gently used or thrifted gifts
No violent or innapropriate gifts (e.g, weapons, narcotics, use of strong language)
Gift cards are welcome!

Registration & Process

Registration for this program ends December 5th, 2025 (though we will still be accepting donations into the new year)

Once you fill out this application, our staff will connect with you via phone or email to confirm application status and to match you with a recipient (will provide an ID number). If you have not heard from anyone within 24 hours, please reach out to the number below. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL, INCLUDING JUNK FOLDERS.

Drop off:

Up until December 19th to allow time for recipient pickup.
