SUMMERFEST IS MAY 8-9 2026! Please fill out the form below to apply for a booth at Summerfest. You will receive confirmation from Claire Malmquist, if your booth is selected.
Should your booth be chosen you must agree to:
• The festival will accept handmade crafts, as well as other varied, pop-up-shop-type vendors.
• Artist must staff their booth all hours of the festival, Friday evening (6-10pm) Saturday (10am-10pm)
• Booth size is 10’ x 10’ (on pavement). 10x10 tents must have minimum 30lb weight on each leg in calm weather, 75+ lbs each leg in stormy/windy conditions. Larger tents require heavier weights--ask management for direction.
• Booth fee due with application: $100
• One electrical receptacle is available—must provide own 50’ + cord & lights
• Applications will be accepted based on type of items and then date of receipt. Space limited to 25 booths at this time.
• Matthews Police will be on-site overnight, but complete safety of your items cannot be guaranteed. Pack up your most valuable items each night if you wish.
• Set up time is Friday 9am-5pm. Reset is Saturday 7am-9am.
• Vehicles must be cleared 1 hour before event opens each day, respectively.
• Booths will be assigned, and you will be informed of your acceptance by or before March 20, 2024. Instructions, maps, and event details will be sent to exhibitors 2-3 weeks before the festival.
• Fees will not be processed if your application is not accepted. Refunds will be made if the festival is canceled due to government orders. No refunds due to inclement weather, or after May 1 for other reasons.

Contract Terms
Undersigned confirms reservation for small shops exhibitor space at Matthews Summerfeset 2026, acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this contract. Undersigned shall in no way hold the Town of Matthews liable for accidents or claims which may occur due to their participation in this event, and hereby releases and waives any and all rights, claims, or causes of action it may have against the Town of Matthews, its officers and employees, for personal injury, death or other damage resulting from participation in this event. Further the Undersigned agrees to save and hold harmless the Town from any and all claims or suits alleging personal injury, loss, and/or property damages as a result of participating in this event. Undersigned authorizes Town of Matthews to charge the credit card account number listed above for the stated total amount to charge.
