To be eligible for funding, primary caregivers must first meet specific financial criteria (refer to table below). This program proudly serves all qualifying children of Port Colborne and Wainfleet. All children must be living with the applicant.

Please know that the families proof of income, proof of residency and identification(s) for themselves and children are required in order to participate in our Christmas programs. This step in the process will allow applicants to submit this information alongside this application if they have it on hand.

Q: "What if do not have these documents on hand?"

A: No worries! They are not required for submission, however WILL be required upon approval!
Registration & Process

Registration ends December 12th, 2025.

Once you fill out this application, our staff will connect with you via phone or email to confirm application status. IF YOU APPLY, PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR EMAIL, INCLUDING JUNK FOLDERS. They will also arrange a date and time for pick up.

Deadlines:

Last day to apply: December 12th
Pick-up days : December 18th - December 23nd (to be arranged)

Thank you for filling out our Port Cares Christmas program application for recipients. You are almost done, however there are a couple documents required to submit. If you do not have the documents on hand for submission, thats okay! They are not required for submission, however WILL be required before approval.
