• 2026 Cub Haunted Volunteer Registration

    For Individuals, Troops, Crews, Ships, and Posts

  • Thank you for registering to help support Cub Haunted Weekend at Camp Comer!

    This form will help us track individuals and units volunteering at Cub Haunted Weekend, and will help us track shirts and meals for all volunteers.

     All volunteering units for Camp Comer will be housed in the Staff area at camp.  Scouts and adults will be responsible for bringing their own sleeping bag/blankets and pillows.  Campsites are reserved for participants.

    New for 2026 and beyond: All units signing up to volunteer are required to designate two registered adult leaders who will be at camp with the unit and will serve as the designated point of contact while at camp.

    Please Note:  After September 28, 2026, there will be no guarantee on volunteer t-shirt availability.  After this date, volunteer shirts are availale purely on a first-come-best-fit basis while quantities last.

    Order of the Arrow Members:

    Any member who is dues-paid for that year and in good standing with Coosa Lodge may receive one flap per Cub Haunted Session they work that year.

    Any member who is dues-paid for that year and in good standing with Coosa Lodge may receive one flap per Cub Haunted Set-up weekend they work that year.

  • Are you a member of Coosa Lodge with dues paid for at least 2026?*

  • You have indicated that you are a member of Coosa Lodge in GOOD STANDING, that is, your dues are paid through at least December 31, 2026.  

    To earn your Cub Haunted service flap, you must work for the entiriety of the weekend you register for.  The weekend begins at 5pm on Friday and ends at 11am on Sunday.  If you are working the final weekend, you will be expected to work until take-down is complete on the afternoon of Sunday, October 25th.

    The service corps flap will be issued at the end of the weekend once all work has been completed and the Cub Haunted leadership team has reviewed and approved all work.

  • Does your unit have adults or scouts who are dues paid members of Coosa Lodge of the Order of the Arrow and who are wanting to earn the Cub Haunted Service Corps flap?*

  • You have indicated that your unit has adult or youth members who are a member of Coosa Lodge.  In order for them to earn the Lodge's Cub Haunterd service flap, they are required to be in GOOD STANDING with the Lodge.  That is to say that their dues are paid through at least December 31, 2026.  This is incumbent upon them to verify no less than one week prior to the beginning of the Cub Haunted Weekend session for which your unit has registered to serve.

    To earn the Cub Haunted service flap, OA members must work for the entiriety of the weekend the unit has registered to serve. The weekend begins at 5pm on Friday and ends at 11am on Sunday. If the unit is working the final weekend, the unit and its OA members will be expected to work until take-down is complete on the afternoon of Sunday, October 25th.

    The service corps flap will be issued at the end of the weekend once all work has been completed and the Cub Haunted leadership team has reviewed and approved all work.
