Oasis Spa Northwest LLC reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with advance notice to members.
Payment Information
Monthly membership fees are automatically charged to your credit card; no other forms of payment are accepted. The cost is $100/mo with an initial 3-month commitment.
The three-month minimum commitment can be waived for the cost of $125 (+tax)
Payment information may be updated anytime by calling or visiting the spa.
Gift certificates may only be applied toward the first month’s payment on a new membership.
The cost of a Spa Pass may be applied toward a new membership on the day of your visit to the Spa.
Duration, Pauses & Cancellations
Duration
Memberships renew monthly until paused or canceled. During the initial 3-month commitment, memberships cannot be paused or canceled.
Pauses
Memberships may be paused for up to 3 months per year with a $25 monthly holding fee. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date. Pauses begin and resume on the same day of the month as your original start date.
Cancellations
To cancel, please contact the spa at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing cycle. Restarting a membership requires a new 3-month commitment.
Member Guidelines
- Oasis Spa Northwest is a space for calm, respect, and wellness. Memberships are designed to make regular spa visits both accessible and affordable.
- Please be considerate of others—keep conversations quiet and devices on silent.
- Use spa equipment and amenities mindfully; alert staff if anything feels unusual.
- Appropriate attire is required at all times; nudity is permitted only in private restrooms.
- If you’re ill or contagious, please wait until you’re well to visit.
- Members may only reserve spa time they plan to use; please avoid multiple “just-in-case” bookings.
- Disrespectful behavior toward staff, guests, or facilities may result in membership cancellation.
Membership Agreement
- Membership Start Date will be the date this form is signed.
- Any requests for changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the billing date listed below.
- Your card will be charged on or around your membership start date of each month.
