Dear Homeowners,
To ensure the validity of the upcoming Stonegate of Heron Creek Board of Directors election, it is crucial to meet the homeowner quorum required by state law of 20%.
For the election to be valid, at least 20% of homeowners must participate either by attending the annual meeting or submitting their Proxy/Ballot.
In the event the community does not meet the state requirements for quorum, the current Board of Directors can nominate who will be on the board for the coming year.
Each address is entitled to one proxy/ballot. Voting counts toward quorum, but you may also opt to be counted towards quorum without casting a vote.
Why Participation Matters: Your involvement ensures fair decisions, maintains accountability, and drives progress. It fosters a vibrant, unified community.
