Regional Package Fee – $325
Qualifies the contestant for the Texas title.
Southern States – $150
Optional.
Optional Competitions – $55 each

Rules & Regulations
By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the following rules and regulations.
You understand that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and that registration requires your attendance at the Royalty USA Texas & Southern States Pageant.
If selected as a titleholder at the State Event, you understand that you are required to attend Royalty USA Nationals during the last weekend of September 2027 in Charleston, South Carolina.
Upon registration, you agree to pay your Regional Package Fee and any additional fees associated with your registration by the deadlines established by the State/Regional Director.
Payment & Registration Policies
All fees and monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All balances must be paid in full by December 31, 2026.
Payments must be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or another approved electronic payment method.
Personal checks will not be accepted as payment for entry fees.
Royalty USA reserves the right to change the date, location, schedule, and/or competitions at the sole discretion of the State/Regional Director.
Royalty USA is not responsible for gifts or prizes that are not fulfilled or are forfeited by a sponsor.
Delegates, parents, and guardians understand and agree that all judges’ decisions and comments are final.
Royalty USA reserves the right to disqualify any delegate for unsportsmanlike behavior.
Eligibility Requirements
Age divisions are determined by the delegate’s age as of September 22, 2027. Royalty USA reserves the right to request a copy of the delegate’s birth certificate or state-issued identification for age verification.
All delegates must meet the following requirements:
Delegates must be natural-born females.
Delegates must be United States citizens and reside in the United States.
Delegates must be of good moral character.
Delegates competing in Little Miss through Miss divisions must have never been married and must not have children.
Delegates competing in the Ms./Mrs. Division may be of any marital status and may have children.
Photo & Video Release
Delegates and their parents or legal guardians grant Royalty USA permission to use photographs and videos of the delegate for promotional purposes, including print materials, websites, advertising, and social media.
Liability Release
Delegates and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree that Royalty USA National Pageant, LLC, its state and regional pageants, directors, volunteers, and staff are not liable for damages, theft, accidents, loss, or injuries resulting from participation in any pageant or affiliated event.
Delegates and their parents or legal guardians agree to release and forever discharge Royalty USA National Pageant, LLC, its directors, volunteers, and staff from any and all claims associated with damages, theft, accidents, loss, or injuries arising from participation in a Royalty USA pageant or affiliated event.
By submitting the registration form, the delegate and/or parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these rules, policies, and requirements.
