Regional Package Fee - $300 (Qualifies contestant for the Texas State or or southern states Title)
Lone Star State (TX ONLY) - $150
Blue Bonnet State (TX ONLY)- $150
Yellow Rose State (TX ONLY)- $150
Southern States (Any State) - $150
Optionals - $55 each

RULES & REGULATIONS
Upon registration, you are accepting and agreeing that you have read the below rules and regulations and agree to abide by these rules. You also understand that by submitting this form there are NO REFUNDS or transfers and you are required to attend the Texas & Southern States Pageant.
You further understand that if you are selected as a titleholder that you are required to attend Royalty USA Nationals the last weekend in September in Charleston, South Carolina 2026.
By completing this form, you are agreeing to attend the Royalty USA Texas/Souther States Pageant.
Upon registration, you agree to pay your Regional Package Fees and any other fees associated with your registration by the deadlines established by the state/regional director.
All fees and monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable
We reserve the right to change the date, location and competitions at the sole discretion of the state/regional director.
We are not responsible for any gifts/prizes that are forfeited by a sponsor
All fees, etc., must be paid by Credit Card, Apple Pay, etc., we will not accept personal checks as a form of your entry fee.
Delegates/Parents/Guardians agree and understand that all judges comments are final and we reserve the right to disqualify any delegate on the grounds of unsportmanlike behavior
Age divisions are age as of January 1, 2026. We reserve the right to require you to submit a copy of the delegates birth certificate or state identification.
Delegates and their parents/guardians give permission to Royalty USA to use all photos and videos promotional use in both print and social media.
-All balances must be paid in full by the deadlines March 1st.
-All delegates must be a natural born female
-All delegates must be a US Citizen and reside in the USA
-All delegates must be of good moral character
-All delegates Little Miss thru Miss must have never been married or had children
-Delegates in the Ms/Mrs Division can be of any marital status and may have children
-All delegates and their parents/guardians agree that the Royalty USA National Pageant, LLC or any of it's state or regional pageants are not liable for any damages or liability and agree not to bring any legal action towards the organizaation, it's directors, volunteers or staff for any claims
Delegates and their parents/guardians forever discharage the Royalty USA National Pageant, LLC, it's directors, volunteers and staff from any and all claims associated with damages, theft, accident, loss or injury resulting from participation in any pageant or event affiliated with the Royalty USA National Pageant LLC.
