*Leaders will need to provide most of their own gear (instruments, in-ears/headphones, quarter-inch cables, tuner, etc.) with the exception of percussionists and keys (we will provide instruments). Evening sessions can be very spontaneous and Spirit-led, so it's best if leaders have some experience playing on worship teams (youth, Sundays, etc.), feel confident in learning lots of songs, reading chord charts/number charts, using in-ear mixes, and playing to a click track.
