  • One table is included in the $330 vendor fee. We have space for a small number of vendors to have two tables or three tables for an additional charge of $35/extra table.

  • If you plan to bring a trailer, it must be able to fit into one parking space. Please contact Keryn Wouden (keryn@sandplay.org) if you plan to bring a trailer.

  • Lodging & Parking

  • Loyola campus is offering single-occupancy dormitory accommodations for our use for $150/room/night (incl. tax). All rooms include a single twin bed and a private bathroom. The dorm is 1 block away from the main event center and 1 block from the cafeteria. If you choose the dormitory option, the cost will be added here to your vendor fee. (Note: Any dorm registrations after Friday, April 24, will be based on availability with Loyola University and may incur additional fees.)

    The nearby Hampton Inn also has limited availability under our group rate for $209–259/night. For the Hampton Inn option, you'll need to make your own reservation by calling them at +1 312-265-5800.

    You may also purchase overnight parking for $8/night.
