Outstanding Educator, Parish Professional and School Shepherd Nomination Form

Please take a few minutes to nominate a Lutheran Educator, Parish Professional or School Shepherd to be recognized as an outstanding servant in their area. There are six categories - School Leader (Director, Principal, or Administrator in the EC - Grade 12 levels), Early Childhood Teacher, Elementary Teacher, High School Teacher, Parish Professional and *School Shepherd. Any educator may be nominated who did not receive the award last year.

If you would like to nominate more than one person, please submit a separate form for each nominee.

*A School Shepherd is a pastor who connects the school and congregation communities together around the Gospel.

All nominations must be submitted on or before Sunday, December 7, 2025.
