Club pays for the officials USA Swimming Registration and Background Check
After Certification, officials work at least four (4) Sessions at OKS Sanctioned meets during the program year; at least one (1) session must be at a meet not hosted by the officials club.

Receipts of both payments for each official must be provided when requesting reimbursement

All requests will be reviewed by the OKS Officials Chair,
and subject to approval by the OKS Finance Chair and OKS General Chair.
Reimbursements will be paid to the Club and are not available
for Unattached Officials.
