We are excited to welcome you to Christmass Toy Drive Pop Markert, which will be hosted outside in the parking lot of Radiant Salon and Spa Studios.. As we prepare for this event, we want to ensure that everyone is safe and aware of their surroundings. Please take note of the following important safety guidelines:
1. Vehicle & Pedestrian Safety
Parking Lot Awareness: Please be mindful of the surrounding parking lot. Clear barriers will be set up to separate the market from vehicle traffic, but we encourage all vendors and customers to stay alert and aware of their surroundings.
Walkways: Make sure that walkways around your booth are kept clear to allow for safe and easy access for customers.
2. Secure Your Setup
Tents & Equipment: Given that the event will be outside, please ensure that your tent is securely anchored and that all equipment is safely set up to withstand wind or weather changes.
Weather Readiness: Stay prepared for potential weather changes. Please check the forecast in advance, and consider securing any items that could be affected by wind or rain.

This agreement is to verify your participation in the Christmas Toy Donation Pop Up Market on December 14, 2025 at 209 East 20th Street Houston, Texas 77008
Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additional table you must notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music, outside food and drinks, and alcohol are prohibited. No outside food or drinks allowed. You must provide your own canopy, chairs and weights.
Please no pets. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you are bringing your children with you please make sure you are watching them at all times. Kids should not be allowed to run around the venue unsupervised at any time. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Them Damn Mexicans, Nicole Lopez with Radiant Salon and Amand Cisneros are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the property. In addition, Them Damn Mexicans, Nicole Lopes with Radiant Salon and Amanda Cisneros assume no liability or responsibility for the effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Vendors may have access to event space beginning at 10:00 A. M. The event concludes at 6:00 P.M and vendors can break down at 6:30 P.M no later than 7:00 P.M .
Participation in the Christmas Toy Donation Market on December 14, 2025 is voluntary and vendors reserve the rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.
Vendors must pay the registration fee of which secures vending space. The Pop-Up space location is based on who has paid and will be labelled the day of the event. Please see Amanda or Nicole should you have any questions or concerns.
Payment shall be made directly through Cashapp or Cash.
Registration fees are non-refundable. All monies will go towards Toy Donation. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Christmas Toy Donation Market will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is cancelled by Them Damn Mexicans, Nicole Lopez or Amanda Cisneros this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
