    Join us as we come together to bless our community! Use this form to volunteer your time, donate items, or sign up to cook for this year’s Thanksgiving Feeding.

  • 🍂 New Philadelphia COGIC – Annual Thanksgiving Feeding📍 Location: St. Paul Lutheran Church • 925 N Waco Ave, Wichita KS📅 Date: Saturday, November 15🕙 Volunteers arrive at 10 a.m. | Serving from 12 p.m.–2 p.m. (or until we run out)

  • 🙌🏽 Volunteers are welcome to arrive as early as 10:00 a.m. to help with setup, organizing food, and preparing to serve.

    If you can’t arrive that early, that’s completely fine — please just note your expected arrival time and what you’d like to help with in the comment section below.

    We kindly ask that all volunteers arrive no later than 11:30 a.m., as serving will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.

  • Donate Food Items

    Thank you for helping feed our community! Please select what you’ll bring and the quantity you plan to donate. All food donations should be on-site no later than 11:00 a.m. so we can organize and prepare for serving. If you need help arranging pickup or drop-off, please contact a member of the Outreach Team, and we’ll gladly coordinate with you. Thank you for helping us stay on schedule and ensuring every dish is ready to bless our guests on time! 💛

  • Cook Turkeys

    🦃 If you sign up to cook a turkey: You’ll pick up an uncooked turkey from the church to prepare and cook at home. Once cooked, please debone the turkey and either arrange pickup or drop-off with an Outreach Leader, or bring it directly to the Thanksgiving Feeding by 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 15.Thank you for helping us make sure every guest enjoys a delicious meal!

  • 🥘 Side Dish Preparation

    🍳 We’re preparing food to serve 150–200 people, and we’d love your help with cooking! Please check all the side dishes you’re willing to help prepare. Once you sign up, a member of the Outreach Team will contact you to confirm where and how you’ll be cooking — whether at home or on-site, and if you’ll be working alone or paired with another volunteer. Green Beans and Corn can be cooked off-site and brought to the feeding location. Potatoes will be prepared on-site the morning of the feeding. 🕚 All prepared food must arrive on-site by 11:00 a.m. so we can be ready to serve on time. Thank you for lending your time and helping us make sure every dish is hot, fresh, and ready to bless our guests! 💛
