  • The GFM is currently hiring Market Staff.

    Market Staff work Saturday mornings from 4:30 AM to approximately 2:00 PM.

    The primary focus of the Market Staff is market setup and breakdown. This includes marking booth locations, setting up tents, tables, chairs, games, A-frames, barricades, and trash cans, as well as helping guide vendors to their booths.

    During market hours, the Market Staff ensures smooth operations and addresses any issues that arise. Responsibilities include directing foot traffic, checking for problems, assisting vendors and customers with questions, emptying trash cans, and maintaining market facilities.

    As a Market Staff member, your role is not just important, it is essential. You help ensures the market runs efficiently and successfully, providing vital support to both vendors and customers.

    The GFM offers a paid trial period of one to two markets to determine whether a new hire is a good fit and enjoys working at the GFM before being officially added to the payroll.
