Entry Fee:
$600 per team, with a minimum of 12 players; additional players are $25 each with a maximum of 15 players.
Cash or check is preffered. Credit/ debit is also accepted. Make sure checks are made payable to “North Hills First Responders Corporation.” Checks can be dropped off or mailed to, 230 Pearce Mill Rd, Wexford, PA 15090.
Entry is accepted up until June 12th, or when all team slots have been filled, whichever comes first. Team registration is a first come first served basis.
Please include first and last names for each team member.
