Booking/Scheduling Policies
• On the day of your appointment, I accept cash and card. There is a 4% fee added for card transactions. If you prefer to avoid the fee I recommend bringing cash, there is an ATM accessible across the street from the shop if needed.
• I do not allow numbing cream prior to an appointment. If you come in and mention having used it or I notice it on your skin, we will have to reschedule for another date. I always have Bactine readily available for clients who need it, it is a much safer alternative.
• I require $100 deposits per appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your tattoo requires multiple appointments, the deposit will come off the final session. Please be deposit ready upon booking, I can accept deposits through Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, or in person.
• Every appointment is allowed one reschedule if needed, reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. If a 2nd reschedule is made, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to put another one down to reschedule unless stated otherwise. If you do not reach out and do not show up, that will be considered a no show and your deposit will be forfeited.
• I do not send our designs prior to the appointment, I always make sure I have all the information I need to create a tattoo you'll love. When you come in on the day of your appointment we will review the design first and make any small changes if necessary before getting started.
