Essential Safetybridge Academy Application – Terms and condition
1.1. Fees and submission
- Courses prices are different, but the course price is payable only to the Essential Safetybridge Investment CC bank account after your application is processed and approved.
- Non-refundable application fee: N$ 200.00, payable after submitting the form (bank details below).
- No Wallets will be accepted. Use your ID number as a reference.
- Send proof of payment (POP) to (+264 81 341 8211) for your application to be processed.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval if you didn’t pay the application fees.
- Please educate yourself on the difference between SUBMISSION vs APPROVAL to avoid confusion.
- Training will only commence if the approved applicant paid his/her full course fees.
1.2. Training days and hours
- Training days will be communicated to those their applications are approved.
- Training hours will be announced the first day of the training.
- No unauthorized personnel will be trained, you will be a unauthorized personnel if you didn’t pay the application fees + course fees. A case will be opened against you.
- If any misconduct/ bad behavior that goes against the training standards is identified, appropriate actions will be taken by the Committee. They reserve the absolute right to remove you from the training venue and you wont get any refund, certificate or operator’s card.
1.3. Venue
- Training venue will be determined by the Committee’s discretion, around the town where the training will take place.
- Training will start as soon as we get a minimum of 10 applicants on a certain course.
- Violence and weapons are strictly prohibited. NAMPOL will be involved in handling any such incidents throughout the training duration.
1.4. Payment Method
- Payments must be made via direct deposit to the business account provided below and, receipt/ received notification will be sent to approved applicants.
- All payments are due after the applicant is approved and are non-refundable.
- 50% will refund will be issued for cancellation of training.
1.5. Accreditation
- Essential Safetybridge is accredited by the Ministry of Labour, Approved Inspection Authority (AIA). In terms of Regulations 18 of the Regulations related to Health and Safety of Employees at work made under Schedule 1(2) of Labour Act, 2007 (Act 11 of 2007)

1.6. Cancellation of training.
- No refund will be made if you have attended the training for 3 days and more.
- 50% refund will be issued at the Company committee’s discretion.
1.7. Indemnity
By applying and submitting this application as well as agreeing to the Training terms & conditions, the applicant indemnifies the company against all claims arising from damage or injury to persons. In short, If something goes wrong with you during our training sections, you cant blame or sue the company. You’re covering the risks yourself.
Agreement to the Training Terms and Conditions
I hereby confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I agree to pay a non- refundable application fees of N$ 200.00. I agree to refundable 50% training fees once my application is approved. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by Essential Safetybridge Academy. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval of my application, unless otherwise when I pay the non-refundable application fees.
