Camp Sandy Ridge Refund Policy
Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina – 2025 Season
At Camp Sandy Ridge, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair while maintaining the financial stability required to operate camp and provide the best experience for every camper. Please review our refund policy carefully before registering.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include the camper’s name, session name, and reason for cancellation.
Deadlines
Full refunds (minus a $50 non-refundable deposit) will be issued for cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the camp start date.
50% refunds may be issued for cancellations received 30–59 days prior to the start date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the camp start date.
Exceptions
Refunds after the 30-day mark will only be considered in the event of:
Serious illness or injury (with doctor’s note)
Family emergency or death in the immediate family
Camp program cancellation by Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina
Early Departures & No-Shows
No refunds will be given for campers who leave early, are sent home for behavior issues, or fail to attend their session.
