I commit to participate in two meetings of the Thematic Group, and to participate in other informal discussions or activities in between the two TG meetings. The first meeting will be held in Brussels (in person) on Wednesday 04 February 2026. The second meeting will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026 (in-person) outside Brussels, at a location to be agreed upon with TG members). Since places are limited no-show may result in exclusion from future Thematic Groups and EU CAP Network events.*

I understand that there is no charge for attendance at the TG meetings. However, for the in-person meetings, travel and accommodation costs may only be covered for TG members representing farmers, farmer organisations, LEADER Local Action Groups, European and national non-governmental organisations, researchers/Universities. All other TG members will need to pay for their own travel and accommodation costs.*
