    This program is funded by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and administered by North West Housing Partnership (NWHP). The HRAP R2 grant program may address long over-due home repairs that affect the health and safety of households. Low to moderate income homeowners may qualify for home repairs to be performed by professional contractors. This is a forgivable loan forgiven after 5 years (3 years for Roof only). *Please contact NWHP for grant details. NWHP may have a substantial wait list.   • Do you have more than one loan against your home? (ex. Mortgage, Mortgage loan, Partial Claim Mortgage, Subordinate Mortgage, Illinois Mortgage, HUD mortgage, Secretary of Housing of Urban Development, down payment program etc.) PLEASE CHECK your County Recorder of Deeds before answering!*
