Participate in whatever way that honors you - you don't have to have your camera on if it doesn't feel comfortable or safe to do so, you can use your initials instead of your name if that feels safer for you

The first group will be held November 21st from 12:30-1:30pm on Zoom. We will be meeting every other Friday. We will text and/or email the zoom link and reminders about future groups, including changes to schedules due to holidays.
