PRH Volunteer - Terms and Conditions
1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that volunteering with Restore Hope may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

2. Release and Waiver

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Restore Hope, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while volunteering.

3. Medical Treatment

I authorize Restore Hope to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

4. Code of Conduct

I agree to conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner, following all organizational policies and instructions from staff and coordinators.

5. Confidentiality

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information I may encounter while volunteering, including but not limited to personal information about clients, donors, or other volunteers.

6. Media Release

I grant Restore Hope permission to use photographs, videos, or other media containing my likeness for promotional and educational purposes.

7. Volunteer Commitment

I understand that I am volunteering without expectation of compensation and that my service may be terminated at any time by either party.

8. Acknowledgment

I have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them throughout my volunteer service with Restore Hope.
