SEN Training

Special Educational Needs in Church Training
At the request of leaders and volunteers from around the Connexion, we are hosting a training day focusing specifically on children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

Each session will explore the reality of living with SEN, and offer some practical tips and advice as to how a Church might ensure children and young people with SEN are cared for and included in their context.

You are invited to attend our hybrid drop-in day of SEN training at Edgehill House/Zoom on

Saturday 10th January, 10am - 4:15pm

10am - Refreshments
10:30am - ASD, ADHD, Behavioural Difficulties (Scripture Union)
12pm - Break
12:15pm - Dyslexia (Rachael Gordon)
1:15pm - Lunch (Provided)
2:00pm - Anxiety (Big House)
3:00pm - Break
3:15pm - Down's Syndrome and Developmental Delay (Panel)
4:15pm - Finish
