Responsibilities
• Coordinate Speaker Service Center operations prior to and during events, including communication of presentation instructions, managing consent forms, archiving presentations, and reporting.
• Provide technical support and manage event halls, including audio, video, photography, sound, lighting, projection, and screen requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure best quality and pricing for event needs; issue purchase orders to Finance & Purchasing; evaluate supplier performance; report usage to supervisors.
• Manage audience engagement services including voting systems (quizzes, surveys, interactive presentations).
• Support translation services by arranging translation booths and coordinating language requirements for foreign visitors.
• Support webcast/webinar services including creating and editing presentations for online sessions.
• Assist with recording and editing medical/operational live cases (Live in a Box).
• Coordinate live transmission logistics including supplier offers, transmission setup, equipment testing, and operational readiness.
• Create visual advertising and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere.
• Document and report all supplier communications and customer interactions.
• Upload all materials and records to the Media Production server archive.
• Provide detailed service reports for every event / function.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in media production, event technical support, or similar roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in A/V systems, sound, lighting, projection, and related equipment.
• Proficiency video editing and creation using applications Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiarity with webcasting, webinars, and live broadcasting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple services during events.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
