Please submit this completed application along with all required documents by December 15, 2025.

New students: Upon acceptance of this scholarship, you are required to enroll (if you haven't already) for Spring 2026 by January 5, 2026 and pay both the application fee and the tuition deposit.

Currently enrolled students: Upon acceptance of this scholarship, credit will be applied towards your financial account.
