Should a request be made for an account being handled by the association's law firm at the time of the request, the additional fee(s) shall be added to the title demand statement forwarded accordingly. Should the owner have multiple types of accounts with the association's attorney, multiple fees will be charged and detailed on the statement.

Documents which require being copied to a thumb drive and mailed Certified, Return Receipt, Signature Required, Express mail by USPS will be charged per requested item.
