                      Includes all recorded governing documents, recent financials, budget and informative documents necessary for membership. For multiple lots combined to one unit, multiple fees will apply. Please list additional lot addresses or parcel numbers in comments below. Updates requested within ten business days of delivery will be charged an update fee. Updates requested after ten days will be charged to regular fee.

                      Includes an exclusive inspection done from the roads or common areas to determine if there are any open violations at the time of the inspection. Compliance report provided to title company or current owner. For multiple lots combined to one unit, multiple fees will apply. Please list additional lot addresses or parcel numbers in comments below. Re-inspections requested within ten business days of delivery will be charged a re-inspection fee. Re-inspections requested  after ten days will be charged to regular fee.

                      Item D: Condo Certification/ Lender Questionnaire

                      Includes the completion of title or lender provided questionnaire necessary during the transfer of ownership or refinancing of a unit. Updates requested within ten business days of delivery will be charged an update fee. Updates requested after ten days will be charged to regular fee.

                      Item E: Attorney Demand Processing Fee

                      Includes the request and verification of all legal fees due and owing on owner's collection or compliance accounts at the time of the request.  Should a request be made for an account being handled by the association's law firm at the time of the request, the additional fee(s) shall be added to the title demand statement forwarded accordingly. Should the owner have multiple types of accounts with the association's attorney, multiple fees will be charged and detailed on the statement.
