We welcome a variety of entertainment styles - from comedy acts, to improv, interactive performances, and more. If it's fun, engaging, and keeps the good vibes rolling, we want to hear about it!

How many performers in the act?*

The Pahrump Hot Air Rally in the Valley supplies a PA system and sound technician for all our performers. All bands, shows, and acts are responsible for bringing their own instruments, props, and any other objects they may require that does not fall into the PA system category. We do not have a "green room" and recommend arriving minimum 30 mins early for sound check and set-up. We will give you the contact for our sound technician upon application approval so you may discuss equipment availability, stage size, and set-up. If you prefer to bring your own equipment and sound technician, we are not responsible for any damages to your equipment or compensation for your technician.*

Performers receive payment by check from the sound tech immediately after they have finished their performance. Failure to perform on agreed start time or to finish performance on agreed time, will result in deductions from the agreed upon amount (to be determined by event coordinator) Failure to perform at all will render this agreement null and void and no compensation will be paid.*

In the event your performance is canceled by the event coordinator more than 48 hours prior to the event, no compensation will be made, and your contract will be null and void. 50% of compensation will be made to performers if cancelation by event coordinator is made less than 48 hours prior to the event.*

Not mandatory, but entertainers who share links to their website, YouTube channel, Instagram profile, or any other samples of their work, have higher odds of getting booked. Feel free to include multiple links!
