Publicity Release

I give permission for my child’s name, likeness and images of my child, captured on behalf of Central Dakota Children's Choir through video, photo and digital camera to be used for Central Dakota Children’s Choir publications and media. I understand these may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall be come payable to me by reason of such use. I hereby release and discharge Central Dakota Children's Choir from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with Central Dakota Children’s Choir’s exercise of the rights granted herein.

T-shirt Form

There is no formal uniform for the "Singing for 2nd Grader" class. However, CDCC will provide t-shirts for the singers. We encourage singers to wear these t-shirts to class and around town!
