  • 2026 DAFFODIL FESTIVAL INDEPENDENT DIRECT SALES VENDOR APPLICATION

  • Please review all instructions when completing this form. All information must be complete in order for your application to be processed. All information will be communicated via email. Add daffodilfestival@gloucesterva.info to your address book so you don't miss anything!

    Please do NOT fill out online application in civicrec or make a payment until you are contacted to do so — it will be refunded.

    APPLICATION FEE:

    $175 per booth space (10x10 A $50 late fee will be charged for any application received after January 15, 2026. Only artisan vendors are permitted to apply directly, independent sales are required to submit their interest and wait to be accepted before the Daffodil Festival will take any payments. Applying under the wrong category may result in your business not being selected for the event. If you have any questions, please contact daffodilfestival@gloucesterva.info.

    PRODUCT IMAGES: 

    The Daffodil Festival is a juried show. Submit at least THREE (3) nonreturnable pictures of your Fine Arts, Photography, Original Handcrafts or Merchandise to daffodilfestival@gloucesterva.info. This is required for all new and returning vendors.

  • IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • We will do our best to honor space requests, but cannot promise you will have the same space you had previously. The grounds of the Daffodil Festival continues to change due to handicap accessibility upgrades, so some spaces may not be available.

    Please note: No polystyrene items or balloons/other airborne releases are allowed at booths. Also, please try to limit plastic bag usage.

    Due to the traffic flow during set up and take down, we cannot accommodate buildings or modular pieces. No trailers or mobile homes will be allowed.

    The 2026 Daffodil Festival is Saturday, March 28, 9:00 am-5:00 pm & Sunday, March 29, 12:00 pm- 5:00 pm. Attendance on both days is mandatory, and your booth must be set up before 8:30 am Saturday and 11:00 am Sunday. Packing up before 5:00 pm is strictly prohibited.

    Power and water hook-ups are NOT available and generators are not permitted. Spaces are 10'x10' and your displays must fit in assigned space.

    The deadline for applications is January 15, 2026. Applications received after this date will be charged a $50 late fee and cannot be guaranteed acceptance into the Daffodil Festival.

    Independent sales will be notified of their acceptance by February 6, 2026. Payment must be made within two weeks of notice to reserve your space. Payments not made within two weeks will incur a $50 late fee.

    • Soliciting or distribution of materials outside of assigned booth space is prohibited.
    • "Daffodil Festival" is copyrighted and may not be included on any item. Shirts depicting daffodils (free or for sale) are prohibited.
    • There are no refunds due to weather. Refunds are only given in the case of a medical emergency. Requests must be accompanied by proof and will be assessed a $25 processing fee.
    • Vendors with manufactured items, even with an original design, MUST apply as a merchandiser. Fine Arts/Photography and Original Handcraft vendors may display/sell items that have been designed and created by the vendor. Marshmallow shooters are prohibited.
    • Vendors MUST stay within assigned booth space. Independent sales are only offered one 10x10' space.
    • Tents, power and water are NOT provided by the Festival. Generators are not permitted.

    I understand that failure to comply by the policies outlined above can result in removal from the Daffodil Festival, forfeiture of application fee and I may not be invited back to future festivals.
