  • Holiday Shop Local Business Registration

    We welcome any and all businesses and organizations to register to be included in the Tri-Chamber Holiday Shop Local Program & Guide. Printed cards will be available at the Greater Claremont Chamber, Newport Area Chamber, and Lake Sunapee Region Chamber offices, participating businesses across the region and chamber events throughout the holiday season. The guide will be available online with direct links to participating businesses and organizations pages and displayed on all three Chamber websites. The cards and guide will both launch on Monday, November 17, 2025 and run through Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Businesses are encouraged to register even after the launch date as the website will be updated as new registrations are received.   • How it Works

    The Holiday Shop Local Card Program is designed to encourage local shopping for the Holiday Season across the Region. Participating businesses and organizations receive post card sized cards that include the website guide link and QR code to view participating businesses. Each time a customer makes a purchase at a participating location where they receive a punch for the amount spent. Special hole punches will be provided to each participating business.
  • Participating businesses are asked to provide a prize of their choosing valued at approximately $25. These prizes will be collected ahead of the launch when cards and punches are delivered to each location. Customers will turn in their completed cards at one of the three Chamber offices with all prizes to be drawn in a Facebook Live video broadcast simultaneously by all three Chambers on January 14, 2026. Winners will also be contacted directly to coordinate claiming their prizes. Customers can pick up a card at any participating location, Chamber office or Chamber event.
  • Promotion

    The Tri-Chamber Holiday Shop Local Guide will be promoted by the three Chambers as well as our partners through both print and digital advertising in local news sources, social media, banners & sandwich board signs in our communities as well as local radio stations.
  • Registration Fees

    If you are a member of ANY of the three organizing Chambers this collaborative program is included in your membership dues so this program is completely FREE for you! We do welcome any business or organization to participate; there is a $50 fee for non-member businesses or organizations to participate in this program. If you are not-yet a member of your area Chamber and would like to be we are happy to help you become one - please let us know at the bottom of this form.
